Business Overview

C&C Machining & Engineering provides a comprehensive general and heavy machining service incorporating extensive CNC facilities to ensure fast turnaround times and competitive pricing. Workshop capabilities are arranged to handle large gearboxes, turbine components, hogging pumps etc. for overhaul or machining, up to a weight of 8 tonnes. General engineering operations cater for welded repairs and build-ups in aluminium, cast iron, steel and stainless steel.

C&C Machining & Engineering has provided the Darling Downs and Southern Queensland with General and Precision Engineering services for nearly 30 years.

During that time C&C Machining & Engineering has amassed an extensive knowledge of Manufacturing procedures using the latest CNC lathe and CNC milling equipment as well as 4 axis computer controlled machining. With the more recent expansion of the Energy sector in this area, C&C Machining & Engineering has become a major supplier of CNC, Precision and Heavy Machining services to the local Power Stations. This service has extended to overhauling and modifying the large gearboxes used in driving the overland coal conveyors and the large condenser fans used in the cooling towers.

During the last 10 years, C&C Machining & Engineering has developed expertise in modifying four wheel drive tractors for Controlled Traffic Farming, sending components throughout Australia and to America and New Zealand.
